All our refineries are equipped with the latest technology and machinery like the Optical Emission Spectrometer that checks the composition of the lead and lead alloy ingots. Even after these, the Quality Control Lab plays a pivotal role and each sample is put through a stringent QC before the final product is cast.
Through our intensive R&D studies and thorough quality screening, we ensure the metals finally produced are of top quality.
Pure Lead Ingots are produced from Raw Lead Bullions from our smelting division using Pyro Metallurgical process. Our refining process produces Pure Lead Ingots with a purity level ranging from 99.97% to 99.99% by weight.
Our plants have a capacity of 30000T and machinery like Automatic Ingot Casting Machine casts 10 MT ingots per hour and ensures Dross-Free, smooth top surface and uniform weight of each ingot.
By far the greatest use of Lead today is for the manufacture of Lead-Acid batteries. Lead-Acid Batteries consume about 75 – 80 % of the world’s Lead production and this represents the single largest application for Lead and Lead alloys.
Our Alloying Plant is capable of producing various kinds of Lead Alloys – Selenium-Antimony, Calcium-Tin etc.

Aluminium alloys are alloys in which aluminium is the predominant metal. About 85% of aluminium is used for wrought products, for example rolled plate, foils and extrusions. Aluminium alloys are widely used in engineering structures and components where light weight or corrosion resistance is required.Alloys composed mostly of aluminium have been very important in automotive and aerospace manufacturing since the introduction of metal-skinned aircraft.
